Alkali to neutralize the acid mist in the exhaust gas, the upper nozzle of the acid mist treatment tower sprays the absorption liquid evenly distributed on the packing, the exhaust gas and the absorption liquid are in full contact on the surface of the packing, due to the high mechanical strength of the packing, corrosion resistance, With the characteristics of high porosity and large surface, the waste gas and the absorbing liquid have more contact area and reaction time on the surface of the packing. The purified gas will be saturated with water, and the water will be removed by the mist removal device at the top of the tower and then directly discharged into the atmosphere.
