2. product drawing design
We have a professional technical team, they will design and plan the best treatment plan according to the information you provide such as exhaust gas type, exhaust gas temperature and air volume, and will draw CAD drawings for production and processing. We will provide detailed information on the size of the exhaust gas scrubber, the diameter of the air duct, the power of the centrifugal blower and other products.
3. Confirm product design and samples
Before production, we need you to confirm the final waste gas treatment plan, design drawings and samples. If you have any questions, we will answer and adjust for you in time. If you need to provide samples, please communicate with customer service in advance.
4. product processing
The production process of the exhaust gas scrubber cannot be automated, and most of the components need to be manually made by hand, and finally assembled and welded. 5. Product inspection review
After the production of the exhaust gas scrubber system is completed, the staff will assemble and connect all the equipment, and it needs to undergo a strict technical review to ensure that the product can operate normally. If we encounter technical problems, we will solve the problem in time.
Ultimately we need to wait for your approval of the product.
6. Packing and shipping
Products that are about to be shipped will be covered with a transparent protective film to prevent scratches and damage during transportation. Because ocean freight needs to choose the right container for loading, we will assist you to complete these tasks.
