Exhaust Gas Treatment Equipment
- Wet Scrubber Systems — Spray tower, packed bed, and horizontal scrubbers in PP, FRP, and SS construction. For HCl, SO2, H2S, NH3, NOx, Cl2, HF, and VOC removal. Flow range: 50–215,000 m³/h with up to 99% removal efficiency.
- Activated Carbon Adsorption Units — High-efficiency adsorption for VOCs, benzene, toluene, formaldehyde, and odor control. Replaceable carbon beds with pre-filtration.
Ventilation System Components
- PP Pipe & Ductwork — Round and square ducts, elbows, reducers, tees, and dampers for corrosive environments.
- FRP Centrifugal Blowers — Corrosion-resistant fans for acid fume extraction and process ventilation.
- Centrifugal Water Pumps — Chemical-resistant pumps for scrubber recirculation and wastewater transfer.
- Electric & Manual Valves — PP and PVC butterfly valves, ball valves, and air dampers.
Accessories & Materials
- Pickling Tanks — Custom fabricated PP and FRP acid washing and electroplating solution tanks.
- Plastic Sheets & Boards — PP, PPS, and PVC sheets in various thicknesses for fabrication.
